Which Users Do and Do Not Appear in TeamDynamix?

Issue

A user doesn't show up in TeamDynamix.

Resolution

TeamDynamix syncs active user records in real-time from MCommunity.

Additional Information

  • TeamDynamix syncs users who are current faculty, staff, students, alumni, retirees, and those with strong sponsorship
    • If a user appears in MCommunity with a 'uniqname' then they will appear in TeamDynamix
  • Friend accounts do not have TeamDynamix user records
  • Newly hired staff who have not yet met their date of hire (only have the NewHire role) will not appear until their hire date
  • Non-Prod TeamDynamix currently does not sync with MCommunity
    • An update to include TeamDynamix Sandbox is due to be available soon
