Zoom, Canvas, Mozilla Firefox
Issue
In the Firefox web browser, if I click a link to join a Zoom meeting in Canvas, I receive the following error message: "Unauthorized. Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again."
Resolution
Use a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or Apple Safari.
This error may occur because of a Firefox feature, Total Cookie Protection. Learn more about the feature.
