Issue
If a user is working in a time zone other than Eastern Time Zone, their TeamDynamix admin user record will need to be updated to their time zone. This will allow TeamDynamix to properly line up non-Eastern Time Zone system users with such things as maintenance windows for change records.
Resolution
Use the People app in TeamDynamix, not the user profile, to update the time zone. After saving changes, it may be necessary to log out of TeamDynamix and clear the browser cache in order for everything (particularly maintenance windows) to properly use the new time zone.
If there are still issues, submit a ticket to have a TeamDynamix Admin update the user's time zone.
