How to delete criteria in the 'My Criteria' section.

Resolution

There are two methods to clean up/delete saved 'My Criteria'. Some reports have a 'Manage Criteria' button on the report screen that you can use to make changes to My Criteria. 

However, many reports only have the 'Save Criteria' button. For these reports, do the following to delete criteria:

  1. Hover over MY M-REPORTS tab (far left tab)
  2. Click on 'My Settings'
  3. Wait about a minute, this screen is very slow to open
  4. Click on (+)Expand next to the section where you want to delete criteria
  5. Find the criteria you want to delete, click on Delete (far right)
  6. Click OK in the window that pops up
  7. A 'Processing Request' window pops up, sometimes it will take 10 seconds
