Issue

It's important to assign a ticket to a TeamDynamix group first, so data on groups can be collected for reports.

Resolution

When creating a ticket, be sure to assign Responsibility to a TeamDynamix group rather than an individual. Then, if necessary, after you save the ticket, edit it and assign responsibility to an individual.
