Submit a TeamDynamix Knowledge Article




I created a knowledge article, but no one else can see it and I never got notice that it was published. 


Knowledge articles in TeamDynamix must be manually submitted and approved before they can be published. You can either submit your knowledge article immediately after creating it, or keep it as a draft until you are ready to submit it.

Find your existing knowledge article to submit

  1. Go to
  2. Click Client Portal.
  3. Click Knowledge Base at the top.
  4. Click on My Articles on the left side under the word Home.
  5. Look for any articles that are unsubmitted.  
  6. Click on the article you want to submit or edit.
  7. Make edits if you need to by clicking Edit Article.
  8. Once you are done editing, click the Save or Update Article button.

Submit knowledge article

  1. After saving or updating the article, you will be brought to a screen to view the article.
  2. On the right hand side of the screen, you will see a Details section.
  3. Click on the "Submit Article" button above the Details area.
  4. Your article will be sent to be reviewed.
