M-Pathways (Oracle PeopleSoft) applications, which includes Student Business, Faculty Business, Employee Self-Service, and any other function/service using a csprod, hcmprod, or finprod URL (including the link from the Wolverine Access Gateway).
Issue
You may encounter an error page titled "Error Loading Page" (M-Pathways/Peoplesoft) when trying to access M-Pathways administrative systems and university business.
Resolution
If you encounter this error, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Close the window, and try accessing the link of interest again
- Sign in to Wolverine Access from the homepage and navigate directly to the page of interest
- Clear your cache & cookies (https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=129) and try again
- Try using a different browser
