"Error Loading Page" Message Trying to Access M-Pathways/PeopleSoft Systems

Environment

M-Pathways (Oracle PeopleSoft) applications, which includes Student Business, Faculty Business, Employee Self-Service, and any other function/service using a csprod, hcmprod, or finprod URL (including the link from the Wolverine Access Gateway). 

Issue

You may encounter an error page titled "Error Loading Page" (M-Pathways/Peoplesoft) when trying to access M-Pathways administrative systems and university business.

Resolution

If you encounter this error, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close the window, and try accessing the link of interest again
  2. Sign in to Wolverine Access from the homepage and navigate directly to the page of interest
  3. Clear your cache & cookies (https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=129) and try again
  4. Try using a different browser
