Issue
Zoom primary host is leaving the University of Michigan and will lose access to the Zoom license when they leave.
Resolution
The leaving host will not be able to log in to Zoom once their eligible affiliation is removed. Please take care of this before the host leaves the University.
- We strongly recommend you create new meetings to replace the existing ones
- That will ensure nothing unexpected happens when the original host is automatically removed
- That will allow the new host to make sure their default settings are used for the meetings
