Issue
Unable to join a SignNow Team
Resolution
You must have a U-M SignNow account in order to join a SignNow team. If you have not already requested an account, please request a new account via this website: https://its.umich.edu/enterprise/administrative-systems/signnow/get-started/onboard
If you use an email address other than your @umich.edu address, please note all invites for SignNow teams need to be sent to a valid @umich.edu address. Invites to join a SignNow team sent to @med.umich.edu, for example, will not work. If your invite to join a SignNow team was sent to such an email, please ask the team owner to resend the invite to your @umich.edu address.
If you continue to have issues joining a SignNow team, please contact the ITS Service Center.
