U-M Dropbox
Issue
I have a paid Dropbox account using @umich.edu and would like to know how to stop my paid subscription now that U-M Dropbox is available and free.
Resolution
Login at dropbox.umich.edu and merge your paid Dropbox account with U-M Dropbox. Dropbox will automatically issue you a refund based on the number of days remaining in your paid account. No further action will be needed from you.
