How do I download and install Adobe Creative Cloud?

Resolution

Creative Cloud is automatically available to all active students, faculty, and regular full- and part-time staff on the Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Flint and Michigan Medicine campuses (Note: Activation of the license occurs 24 hours after employee/student start date). For more information regarding eligibility to U-M Adobe Creative Cloud Account please see this article.

Non MiWorkspace Customers

  • Visit Adobe.com and click Sign In or open the Creative Cloud App.

Login Information

  1. Enter your U-M email address (uniqname@umich.edu) and click Continue (MichMed customers too).
  2. Select Company or School Account (or school/work account).

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure to log out and log back in after installing the software.
  • If you don't see the correct software titles after signing in, you likely selected the wrong account (license) type.
    • Sign out and log back in using the other account type.
  • You cannot access Adobe Creative Cloud U-M licensing until 24 hours after your uniqname was created or your new U-M affiliations are loaded.
