Forwarding U-M Email to Another Address Using MCommunity

Issue

Forwarding U-M mail to a different email address and/or stop U-M email from forwarding to a different email address. 

Resolution

1. Navigate to https://accounts.it.umich.edu/profile/
2. Log in with uniqname and UMICH password
3. Under Edit Your Information scroll down to Email Forwarding to add or delete a forwarding email address

**NOTE: Users are unable to remove or make changes to their med.umich.edu or go.mail.umich.edu addresses. Please contact the Service Center to make any changes to either address.**

NOTE OF CAUTION: We cannot guarantee or control the delivery of legitimate mail to external providers. Currently, Spectrum (rr.com, charter.net, other Spectrum domains) rejects a significant amount of legitimate mail.
