TeamDynamix Ticket Not Found Error


ITS Ticketing Application in TeamDynamix


When I search for a ticket, TeamDynamix says "Ticket Not Found The ticket has been moved, deleted, or converted, or you do not have appropriate permission to view it."


1) Have customer go to: (The ITS TeamDynamix portal) 

2) Have customer select "My Requests" in the top navigation

3) Sort tickets to find the one in question.  "My Requests" displays all requests for a customer, no matter which ticketing application they are in.  Technician's can only see tickets in applications they have access to, but customers can see all of their tickets from any app portal by going to "My Requests"
