ITS-Two-Factor Authentication (Duo)
Issue
I mistakenly selected "Yes, this is my device" on the Duo Security page when using a shared computer, instead of choosing "No, other people use this device."
Resolution
To undo the selection of "Yes, this is my device" on a shared computer, follow the steps in the article "Clear Cache and Cookies (Temporary Internet Files) in Multiple Browsers." This process will remove saved preferences and ask you again the next time you log in.
