Troubleshooting Installation of JAWS, ZoomText, or Fusion

Issue

You receive an unexpected notification that your JAWS, ZoomText, or Fusion license has expired., after having recently installed a new version.

Resolution

This is probably because the installation process for these products does not remove the old version.

  • Remove the old version and reinstall the new one.
