Resolution

  • Sit or stand in a neutral posture
  • Try to avoid strain and unnecessary reaching, twisting, or bending 
  • Keep wrists straight and loose, not bent, when typing
  • Take short breaks to move or stretch
  • Take care of your body when not using technology
