Resolution
- Sit or stand in a neutral posture
- Try to avoid strain and unnecessary reaching, twisting, or bending
- Keep wrists straight and loose, not bent, when typing
- Take short breaks to move or stretch
- Take care of your body when not using technology
Consider the following for further comfort:
- Use height-adjustable tables to alternate between sitting and standing
- Use ergonomic chairs and adjustable chairs
- Explore further resources to help yourself
