TeamDynamix "Oops!" message

Issue

When trying to use TeamDynamix, an error displays that says "Oops! IT looks like you have submitted a page twice.

Resolution

This error is typically caused by pressing the back button and trying to resubmit the page. There are also security measures in place that ensure that malicious users are not making requests on your behalf. Logging in or out after opening up the page can trigger these security measures.

  • To address this problem, navigate back, refresh the page, then resubmit as normal.
