How to change a user's role in a Canvas course.

Resolution

1. Navigate to the People page for your course and find the person whose role you would like to change.
2. Click the 3 vertical dots on the far right side of their line
3. Select Edit Role
4. Select the new role you would like that user to have.
   • NOTE: Users are not notified of this role change in Canvas
