Students may request a waiver of their noncustodial (HHB) parent's information under certain limited circumstances. Applicants are encouraged to submit their waiver request prior to their admittance to the University of Michigan.
We must receive this form by the following due dates:
• December 1 for students applying for Early Decision
• March 15 for all other students starting in the spring, summer, or fall terms
• November 15 for students starting in the winter term

501(c)(3) Designated Non-Profit Agencies that are headquartered in the State of Michigan should use this application to become an Off-Campus Work-Study employer for University of Mchigan Ann-Arbor students.
