Accessibility

We are committed to providing an equitable experience for all individuals by following accessibility standards, responding to user feedback, and providing support and accommodations.

Support we offer:
Requesting Accessible Copies: If you have a qualifying disability that prevents you from reading or using print materials, we'll work to get an accessible copy of any item you wish to use from the library. We can also modify library materials to make them accessible for students, faculty, and staff with an accommodation need.

Accessibility Support: We have options for delivery of library materials as well as returns, and can help retrieve items off the shelves. You may also use this form to report any accessibility barriers you encounter within the libraries, digital or physical and we will route your concerns to the appropriate Library unit.

Ask A Librarian

For submitting reference and troubleshooting requests to the Ask a Librarian Email Reference Service.

The Ask a Librarian service is not able to conduct extensive research on your behalf or compile and deliver multiple resources.

However, we can help you:
• learn how to navigate our collections and systems
• develop research strategies
• develop and scope research questions/topics
• evaluate resources
• troubleshoot electronic resource problems
• answer questions about library policies
• connect to additional resources and support
