I received a "Loading Failed" error while attempting to connect to the Windows Remote Desktop Service. How do I fix this?

The Windows Remote Desktop Service offers a limited number of remote computers available for students to connect. While many different connection options are available, they may not always be available.

For example, there may be times where all remote connections are fully used, or unavailable, and an error similar to below will be shown:

If you receive an error message similar to above, try connecting to a different desktop option. For example, if you see this message when you connect to CAEN Labs <Year>, you may find that desktops are available in the CAEN Labs <Year> - High Performance option. If you cannot connect to any of the desktop options, please contact the CAEN Help Desk.
