If you are disconnected from the CAEN Windows Remote Desktop Service, this could be caused from a network interruption, or if your computer goes into Sleep or Hibernate mode. You must reconnect to the service within 10 minutes of being disconnected, or your session will be logged out.
If you need to briefly step away from your computer, you may want to adjust the sleep and hibernate settings of your computer to prevent this from occurring. Please also note the time limit policies for disconnected sessions, and the background or unattended programs policies for using the service.
