Move Content from U-M Managed Atlassian Account to Personal Account

Issue

I use my UMICH email address to log into Atlassian and do not want to have my products in the UMICH-verified domain. How do I move my content?

Resolution

If you are a user and not an owner of an Atlassian product, you can ask the owner to invite your non-UMICH email address, and remove your umich.edu email address. Alternatively, if you are the sole owner (account holder) of the product, contact Atlassian support to request a transfer of the contents of the U-M account to a new personal account. Contact Atlassian support to transfer services or open up a support ticket.
