Issue

You would like to update their printer's address book to include updated staff list.

Resolution

NOTICE: This can only be performed by ITS or unit personnel with access to the address book management server. MiWorkspace full service units may work through the ITS Service Center, their NIT, or can request access for themselves for address book changes.  Please contact ITS for assistance.  Mprint-PaaS IT should be contacted for managing their units' address books.

  • Obtain IP address for printer by searching for the queue name on the MPrint Info page.
  • Log into addressbook-mgmt.miprint.it.umich.edu using Remote Desktop.
    • Note: Please ensure you are connected to MWireless, a campus wired network, or the U-M VPN before attempting to connect to this server!
