Issue
Can I use a device for Zoom for Home with my U-M Zoom account?
Resolution
Zoom for Home is a product for personal use of Zoom, while U-M Zoom is a service exclusively for university business. Therefore, Zoom for Home is not allowed in U-M Zoom.
If you are trying to set up conference room type capabilities, we suggest learning more about the Zoom Room service.
