Issue
How to troubleshoot basic issues when having trouble with services that use web browsers for access. This includes MCommunity and other services.
Resolution
- Verify you are logged into or signed into the service, if that is an option.
- Completely close the page, and then re-navigate.
- Try a private or incognito window. If it works in a private or incognito window, clear the cache and cookies.
- Turn Off Browser Plugins and Extensions
Additional Information
MCommunity is compatible with all browsers.
All ITS services are compatible with all browsers, but it may be necessary to try an alternative to your first choice. If you are experiencing difficulty, another useful troubleshooting step is to try a second browser for accessing the site you need.
