Issue
You are not able to sign into SignNow and your account has been banned. You might receive a message that your account has been deactivated when attempting to login
Possible error message: "This account has been deactivated permanently. Please contact SignNow Customer Services to reactive your account"
Resolution
If a user tries to sign into SignNow with three consecutive attempts using the wrong password, the account will be deactivated/banned. An account can also be deactivated/banned if the individual no longer has an active status within the university.
If you think you should have access, and your account has been deactivated/banned, contact the ITS SignNow support team and we can investigate the issue that your are having with your account.
