Issue
You are not able to sign into SignNow and your account has been banned. You might receive a message that your account has been deactivated when attempting to login
Possible error message: "This account has been deactivated permanently. Please contact SignNow Customer Services to reactive your account"
Resolution
- If you try to sign into SignNow three times and have the wrong password, your account will be banned
- A user can also be banned if you no longer have active status in the University
- If you think you should have access, contact the ITS Service Center so we can un-ban your account once we confirm you are active faculty, staff, or student at U-M
