MPathways SOA reporting "I don't see XXX journal on my Statement of Activity-Prj/Grt, or Statement of Activity-Fnd/Dpt, or Statement of Activty-Fd/Dpt/Pg"
- XXX = a journal id...navigate to/view the online journal. Ask: Is the journal (status) posted?
- No = not yet eligible for any SOA report (journal MUST be "posted" to be eligible for online SOA report and extraction into GL DataWarehouse)
- Yes = double-check the chartfields used on the journal line to be certain that they are the same as the parameters used on the run control for the SOA report
