How can I get help with a First Year Experience Course? (Community Matters)

Resolution

The University of Michigan requires our community members to take courses about topics in addition to academics. We work with a company called Vector Solutions to provide some of these courses. Vector Solutions uses your UMICH name and password for access and includes all three University of Michigan campuses.

Course attendees should receive an email with login instructions.

Technical Support

Although some error messages from these courses recommend contacting your organization's technical contact, technical support is actually provided by the vendor, not the ITS Service Center. To access vendor support, follow the instructions below:

• Basic troubleshooting should include updating and restarting your browser as needed, clearing cache and cookies, and/or checking for browser extensions and pop-up blockers. Potentially you may need to try accessing from another browser.
