How can I get help with an EVERFI course?

Resolution

The University of Michigan requires our community members to take courses about topics in addition to academics. We work with a company called EVERFI to provide some of these courses. EVERFI uses your UMICH name and password for access and includes all three University of Michigan campuses.

Course attendees should receive an email with login instructions.

Technical Support

Although some error messages from EVERFI courses recommend contacting your organization's technical contact, technical support is actually provided by EVERFI, not the ITS Service Center. To access EVERFI support, follow the instructions below:

• Click the Tools options in the top right corner of your course and select the "Help" option
  • This will guide you to EVERFI's 24/7 technical support website, https://support.everfi.com, which offers options for assistance
• You can also contact the Community Matters Team for further inquiries: community.matters.course@umich.edu
