Issue
When do cash lines appear when creating a journal entry?
Resolution
The cash account lines do not appear when first saving a journal entry using the 'Create/Update Journal Entries pages.'
To see the cash lines:
- On the Lines tab, in the field labelled Process, select the value Edit Journal. The cash account lines will appear after this
- Also, if the value of Post Journal is selected as the process, the journal will be edited during the posting steps, and the cash lines should appear
