RunMyJobs (RMJ) campus users/customers who need to submit a scheduling request after the normal business hours (Monday-Friday from 7:30AM to 5:00PM)
Issue
During off business hours (before 7:30AM, after 5:00PM, weekends and holidays) RunMyJobs requests will be completed by the ITS Data Center Operations group.
Resolution
1. Open TDX RMJ After hours form.
2. Enter name of requester.
3. Enter the task for Data Center Operations to complete. and click Save.
