Location Code / Ship To Not Available in eProcurement

Issue

Ship To is not available in eProcurement. Error invalid value: "The value entered in the field does not match one of the allowable values."

Resolution

  • In order for the Location Code to be available in eProcurement, it has to begin with a 1 or a 2
  • The Ship To table is updated with new locations on Sunday. If the location was added after Sunday, it will not populate the Ship To table until the next Sunday
