MiWorkspace Windows computers, personal devices linked to a U-M Office account

Issue

I was prompted for a "Bitlocker Recovery Key" and I don't have the key. 

Resolution

Please contact the ITS Service Center for assistance.

Additional Information

For Bitlocker recovery on non-MiWorkspace machines that are managed by IT departments affiliated with the University of Michigan, please contact the responsible department.
