Where can an employee view their 1099 tax form?

Resolution

• These forms are sent out via physical mail to employees and are not accessible online
• Employees are sent an email to let them know the 1099 has been sent
• If you are an employee and have not received your 1099 form in the mail, please call the Shared Services Center Supplier Records & Reporting at 734-615-2000 option 3, option 1 for assistance
