What is GQueues?
GQueues is a third party software that integrates with U-M Google Workspace for Education (formerly known as GSuite for Education) to manage tasks from email and assign them out for managing project or team work loads.
How do I get GQueues?
LSA has licensed this software for use by LSA faculty and staff (including graduate students with GSRA or GSI appointments since they are staff in addition to being graduate students), but it does not include any other students. ITS Software Services manages the license contract and assigns licenses to users.

How do I get started with using GQueues once I have my account from LSA?
Does ITS provide support for using GQueues?
No.
Can the Google Workspace add-on be installed?
No. However, users are able to use the software without the use of the Google Workspace Marketplace add-on installed. However, there are user-installable Google Chrome extensions that may assist with using the service.
