Issue
People viewing records in M-Pathways - Wolverine Access are unable to open PDF documents that have been attached in support of that record.
This can happen in M-Pathways Financials & Physical Resources System - FIN (purchasing invoices), M-Pathways Student Administration - CSPROD (Student Admissions materials), or M-Pathways - Human Resource Management System - HCMPROD (HR letters of recommendation) where paper documents must be converted into digital form for electronic access.
Resolution
Connect using UMVPN before trying to access an attached document.
