Issue

Visio and Project versions prior to 2021 are not supported and not available in MiWorkspace.   Project and Visio 2021 and newer are compatible with Office 365, and are available to MiWorkspace managed devices for customers with the appropriate licensing.

Resolution


Project 2021/2024 or Visio 2021/2024

Project 2021 or 2024 and Visio 2021 or 2024 (Standard and Pro) can only be installed on devices that already have the MiWorkspace Office 365 package installed. A license must be acquired prior to installation of the specific version of Project or Visio Standard or Pro 2021 or 2024.  Licenses can be purchased from the ITS Software Services software portal or acquired from ITAM for ITAM Units.
