504 Gateway Timeout Error on New Wolverine Access

Environment

Wolverine Access (wolverineaccess.umich.edu)

Issue

Several users have reported occasionally receiving a "504 Gateway Timeout" error when trying to access Wolverine Access.

Resolution

Use a different browser, or wait a moment and reload the page. The issue typically resolves after a minute or two. 

This is a known issue with the platform that powers Wolverine Access and it is being investigated by the vendor.
