Issue
I was cc'ed on a signature document request and did not receive a link when the document completed.
Resolution
To make SignNow HIPAA compliant, it has been configured to stop sending attachments with signed documents.
Users who are cc'ed when a document is sent for signature will no longer receive an attachment and do not receive a link to the signed document. Only the sender and signers will receive a link to the document in their completion email. This functionality will not be going away or changed soon.
You can forward the completed email (containing the document link) to a third party, but that person will have to have a SignNow account to open the link.
