Issue
When attempting to connect to the VPN, an error message stating: "Failed to determine valid temporary file folder. Contact your system administrator." is received.
Resolution
This error appears to be due to the Cisco AnyConnect temp folder missing or not being created when Cisco AnyConnect is installed. Please note that the following steps require administrator credentials.
- Go to C:\Windows\Temp\
- Create a folder named "Cisco"
