eSignature: Signer Seeing Error Message when Completing SignNow Document: There Was a Problem Signing the Document

Environment

SignNow

Issue

The signer is seeing the error message "There is a problem signing the document" after selecting the DONE button

Resolution

The signer needs to let the person who sent out the document for signature know that they need to UNCHECK the "Lock Signing Date" checkbox for the DATE/TIME fields and resend the document for signature to the signer.

This is a bug that has not been fixed by SignNow yet.
