Issue
You would rather use an additional type of university provided email account such as @med.umich.edu when signing up to use SignNow
Resolution
Our enterprise agreement has been set up as one organization for the University, and as such, all accounts are set to use your @umich.edu email address (i.e., Michigan Medicine users cannot use a @med.umich.edu email address). Only @umich.edu accounts can be used with SignNow. Accounts are established for individual use only. Group/Shared accounts cannot be used.
Additional Information
This restriction only applies to those that need to establish/create a new U-M SignNow account in order to prepare and configure documents that need to be sent to others for signing.
