eSignature: SignNow Resetting Cache

Issue

You notice odd behavior with SignNow and features you used to have are gone or changed,

Resolution

The fix for this is often to reset the cache for SignNow.

Reset Cache

  1. Click the three dots lined up vertically in the top right corner of your browser window
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Privacy and Security
  4. Click Site Settings
  5. Click View permissions and data stored across sites
  6. In the Search area, enter “signnow”
  7.  Click the Delete icon next to signnow.com
  8. A popup appears asking you to confirm
    1. Click Clear
  9. Close all open browser windows/tabs
  10. Restart SignNow
