ImageNow printer not responding or print queue says Spooling


The fix requires a restart of the Print Spooler. You can do this by:

  1. Restarting your computer 
    1. Go to the Start menu (usually in the lower left of your computer)
    2. Select the Power icon
    3. Select Restart


  1. Restarting the Spooler. You will need to be an Administrator on your computer to do the following. If you do not want to reboot and are not an administrator on your computer, please contact your local IT staff.
    1. Search for Windows Administrative Tools in Windows search
    2. In the window that comes up, look for Services in the main panel
    3. Double-click Services
    4. In the Services List, search for Print Spooler
    5. Right click on Print Spooler and restart the Print Spooler
