Fix "Invalid Grid Column Name" Error During Time Entry

Environment

HR, Employee Self-Service, Time Reporting

Issue

When entering time,you receive an error that says "Invalid grid column name..."

After clicking OK and trying to enter time again, a second error occurs that starts with "Field does not exist..."

Resolution

Accessibility features must be turned off in HCMPROD:

  1. Click on the Home icon at the top of the screen
  2. Click on the button with 3 horizontal lines next to the Home button
  3. Click on "My Preferences"
  4. Make sure the Accessibility Features is set to Accessibility Features Off
  5. Click Save, log out, log back in, and try again
