Receiving an Oracle Page in the Human Resources System

M-Pathways Human Resources with Linux machine or Chromebook

Issue

When signing into the HR system via Wolverine Access with a Linux machine or Chromebook, an Oracle splash page appears. May also receive an "Invalid grid column name..." error.

Resolution

  • The current version of Peoplesoft is not compatible with Linux or Chromebooks. Windows, Macs, iOS, or Androids are the necessary operating systems.
  • As a workaround, you can try clicking on the NavBar and then "Fluid Home"
    • This should bring up the standard Employee Self- Service Tiles
