Issue

You would like to download or export their Team Chats from U-M Microsoft Teams account.

Resolution

Currently, there is no built-in option for users to directly download or export Team Chats at the user level. The recommended methods to preserve chat content are:

  • Copy and paste the chat content into a separate document manually.
  • Use the web version of Microsoft Teams to print the chat as a PDF file.
