Issue

Need to delete or rename a device or phone number in Duo.

Resolution

Follow these steps to delete or rename a device or phone number:

1. Log into Duo device management.
2. Click Edit for the device or phone number you wish to modify.
3. Click Delete or Rename depending on your need.
4. Verify that you wish to delete if applicable, or enter a new device name and click Rename.
