Unable to Retake PCard/Travel Card Training in My LINC

Issue

You receive an email that your PCard Training Course PRE110 is about to expire.  You tried to take the course and it would not allow you to because it says you've already taken it.

Resolution

Start a new instance of PRE110

  1. Navigate to My LINC.
  2. In the Search box type a portion of the course name: PRE110.
  3. Click on the hyperlink for PRE110 PCards/Travel Cards.
  4. Click Start.
  5. Click Restart. This will start a new instance of PRE110. 

NOTE: If you select Review in the pop-up, this will not start a new instance of PRE110.

View completion of PRE110 with score and expiration date

  • Select Training Transcript In the left hand corner navigation of My LINC. 
  • Select All in the Date Range dropdown menu.
  • Scroll down to view Course:  PRE110 PCards/Travel Cards if a new instance was not started.
  • If a new instance of PRE110 was completed, it will be at the top.
